How does it work?
On the last Wednesday of every month from July 27, 2016, until April 26, 2017, the St. Albert Gazette will have a different contest on our website. Each contest will close the Friday before the last Wednesday of the following month.

How do I win?
Click on the Trivia tab and correctly answer the questions about Canadian Authors. The winner of the 150th commemorative coin from the Canadian Mint will be chosen randomly from the correct ballots and all correct ballots are eligible for the draw for the trip for two to Ottawa on July 1, 2017. Each month there is a new contest (trivia, photo submissions, art, etc.) so make sure to check back regularly and enter them all to improve your chances of winning the trip!

Can I still play if the contest has already started?
Yes. Submissions are welcome until the last Friday of each month. You may only enter in active contests for each month, you cannot go back and re-enter an already completed contest.

Are there prizes?
Yes. For every contest you enter your name will be put into the draw for the Grand Prize which includes a trip for two to Ottawa (ON, Canada) includes airfare, hotel and $500 spending money. Also, a winner will be chosen each month and will win a 150th commemorative coin from the Canadian Mint.

Can I enter multiple times?
No, all accounts/ballots are monitored for validity. You may only enter one time per contest per person. Accounts/ballots found to be fraudulent will be deleted and submissions cast will be removed.
